Role Description
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the analysis, collection and reporting of sales figures not limited to but including revenue attainment and sales activity for the Direct Sales organization. This role also plays a key role in supporting the Manager of Sales Operations in the preparation of the annual Sales Compensation and budgeting process as well as the ongoing review of territory alignment for the purposes of budgeting.
Qualifications
- Post Secondary Education in business related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with sales compensation structure
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales environment
