We are seeking a Senior Staff Project Lead, Customer Experience to lead end-to-end customer implementations of Ridgeline’s enterprise platform, defining project scope, allocating resources, and developing execution plans that align with customer goals and Ridgeline’s standards. As a Customer Experience Project Lead, you’ll be on the front lines of revolutionizing investment management technology, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools like ChatGPT, to deliver exceptional outcomes and elevate the client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementations for investment management clients
- Deep understanding of investment management workflows including front and back office operations
- Strong command of project management practices and methodologies
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership and managing multiple stakeholder relationships
