Performance Marketing & SEO Manager

We are seeking a Performance Marketing & SEO Manager to join our team at Sibie Holding Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficient, scalable growth across both paid and organic channels, while building a strong foundation for long-term performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing paid media in pharma, healthcare, or other regulated industries
• Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of platform policies and compliance requirements in regulated advertising
• Solid experience with SEO (on-page, technical, and content strategy)
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, tracking, and performance reporting
• Demonstrated ability to optimize funnels and improve conversion rates (CRO)
• Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to testing and iteration
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple markets or geographies
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
