Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Manager to help drive our go-to-market for power conversion and energy storage technology. This is a high-impact role with the rare opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling sales team.
What You Will Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, identify and develop new technology cross-sell opportunities, drive direct sales of complete BESS systems, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in energy storage, power electronics, renewables, or related markets
- Experience selling complex technology or systems to business customers
- Solid commercial acumen, with experience in contract negotiation and deal structuring
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage the full sales cycle in a fast-moving, scale-up environment
