Position Overview

We are actively seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Business Partner. This role is based in India.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage the design of the Sales incentive compensation plans along with the VP of Revenue Operations and Finance on an annual basis.
  • Design and manage compensation plan templates in Excel or other compensation tool.
  • Drive consistency and simplicity in sales incentive compensations strategy and execution.
  • Drive alignment amongst cross-functional stakeholders and project manage timely assignment of commissions calculation inputs.
  • Define and establish process and documentation on rules of engagement, quota attainment, revenue attribution, and seller roles/responsibilities in collaboration with other stakeholders.
  • Designate or audit the various attainment assignments monthly.
  • Prepare periodic reporting packages regarding attainment performance.
  • Perform complex ad hoc analysis as required in support of the Revenue Organization.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years in Marketing & Sales Operations with at least 6 years of related experience focused on the compensation process.
  • Background in SaaS or a recurring customer subscription model.
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficient in other MS Office tools for managing and presenting data.
  • Experience with ICM/SPM tools (Callidus, Xactly, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management and task management capabilities.
  • Understanding of change management process and ability to look around corners in an evolving and ambiguous environment.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines, manage time effectively, and focus on the highest priorities.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts into simple, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong team player; comfortable working across functions and collaborating.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes.
