The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting sales growth by managing customer orders, providing expert product guidance, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of LBM and millwork products to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in inside sales or customer service within the lumber and building materials or construction industry
  • Strong understanding of millwork products
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Bistrack), Microsoft Office Suite, and quoting tools
  • Familiarity with building codes, construction processes, and product specifications related to LBM and millwork
