Job Description
Riviera is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support our global Revenue Operations function. This is a hands-on Salesforce and operations role – not a sales role, not a CRM data entry role, and not an analytics-only role.
You will work directly with a US-based Revenue Operations Manager to execute and maintain revenue systems, processes, and reporting used across the firm. The right candidate has real Salesforce administration experience, strong operational judgment, and understands how revenue teams function day-to-day.
If your experience is primarily in sales, lead generation, or CRM support without system ownership, this role will not be a fit.
Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration (Core Responsibility)
- Act as a day-to-day junior Salesforce administrator, not just a user
- Configure and maintain:
- Users, profiles, roles, and permissions
- Page layouts, fields, validation rules, and workflow automations
- Own data integrity across leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, and various custom objects
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports used by leadership
- Support testing, deployment, and documentation of Salesforce changes
Revenue Operations Execution
- Support core revenue workflows across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Maintain pipeline hygiene, reporting cadences, and forecasting inputs
- Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies and escalate improvement ideas
- Ensure consistent execution of revenue processes across teams and regions
Cross-Functional & Project Support
- Support execution of RevOps projects led by the US-based Manager
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support rollouts
- Track tasks, timelines, and dependencies using structured processes
- Create and maintain SOPs and operational documentation
- Support additional departments and team members on special projects and processes
- Maintain organized operational records
You bring:
- 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience (configuration, not just usage)
- Experience maintaining data quality and operational workflows
- Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, analysis)
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines and revenue processes
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to overlap working hours with US Pacific Time
You will stand out if you have:
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification(s)
- Experience supporting US or global teams
- Exposure to contract management or legal operations
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, recruiting, or professional services environments
