Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years in senior leadership role
- Strong experience in heavy equipment / construction equipment / industrial machinery
- Strong leadership & team management
- Strong network in construction & infrastructure sector in Cambodia
