Account Manager

Robert is seeking a dedicated and personable Account Manager to maintain and grow relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Understand client business objectives and align company services to meet their needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Assist in contract renewals and negotiations.
