Requirements
- Communicate with customers primarily by phone and email
- Provide timely quotations and accurate order processing and delivery
- Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
- Process customer transactions such as orders and returns
- Educate customers about features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
- Communicating with Outside Sales people to update customer contracts and coordinate deliveries
- Assisting with select returns and warranties
- Prepare small to medium size job quotations
- Provide phone and email quotes to customers.
- Source and price product as per quote request.
- Maintain records of job quotes.
