As Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on analysing and optimising our demand generation efforts, creating nurture programs, and building the marketing systems that will enable the entire go to market engine.
This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage our marketing technology and provide critical guidance to sales and marketing on programs, performance, and anything related to revenue. You will work within the RevOps department but expect to collaborate closely with marketing, sales, finance, and leadership teams on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Must have
- MarkOps Architecture & tech stack
- Manage and maintain a healthy hubspot/sfdc instance, including lead scoring, lifecycle automation, audience segmentation, nurture programs, and system integrations.
- Manage chatbots, marketing campaigns, forms, and other lead capture mechanisms.
- Email & Nurture Campaigns
- Build and sustain lead nurturing efforts that deliver high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) ready for sales engagement.
- Build an email marketing system for high email deliverability with high personalization at scale
Good to Have
- Strategic Initiatives & Cross team collaboration
- Partner with Revenue Operations to support high-priority revenue initiatives in coordination with the CFO, CEO, Head of Sales, Head of Demand Generation, and sales team.
- Implement and manage advanced marketing analytics, including multi-touch attribution, campaign measurement, and mixed media modelling, to deliver deep insights into revenue sources and marketing effectiveness.
- CRM Hygiene & Enrichment at scale
- Use a combination of tools/tech stack + MRE (Marketing Research Executive) to keep data in CRM enriched at scale to have unique, updated and accurate information
- Tracking & Analysis
- Analyse and monitor lead and pipeline volume and quality to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
- Uncover and leverage insights to drive marketing strategy, such as identifying key buying indicators and assessing the return on marketing investments.
Qualifications
Functional
- Demonstrate exceptional instincts for working cross-functionally to solve complex problems.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Technical
- Have 3+ years hands-on experience with Marketo or Hubspot or any similar marketing automation tool
- You have built at least one lead scoring model that scored on both behavioural and demographic information, leveraging first-party data and third-party enrichment sources.
- You have deep working knowledge of email deliverability and best practices.
- You’re comfortable implementing webhooks, custom integrations, velocity scripting, instance health improvement, and advanced reporting.
- Strong proficiency in marketing analytics, with a deep understanding of multi-touch attribution, campaign measurement, and mixed media modelling.
- You have built complex and segmented nurture programs that are responsible for advancing leads through the funnel ultimately resulting in booked meetings and pipeline.
- You’ve administered marketing tools like Marketo, Bizible, Drift, Looker, and Salesforce.
