Roers Companies is seeking an energetic, dedicated professional to join our team as a Regional Marketing Manager. This role will serve as the main point of contact for on-site marketing needs and concerns, working with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and budgets for multifamily communities across the nation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience, Multifamily experience strongly preferred
- Professional experience working with clients and/or internal stakeholders
- Experience in multifamily, leasing, and/or B2C marketing
- Flexible to juggle multiple projects and priorities to meet changing deadlines
- Must be organized and have good time management skills
- Self-motivated, self-directed, collaborative, inquisitive, motivating, energetic, and results-driven
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills — is clear, concise, positive, and professional
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
