Rogo is hiring a GTM Associate Recruiter to help scale their go-to-market team and hire exceptional talent across the globe. The role involves driving coordination, candidate experience, and recruiting operations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting, or operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines simultaneously
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• High ownership and strong judgment—you proactively solve problems
• Experience with ATS tools (Ashby preferred) and modern productivity tools
• Comfort working across time zones and with senior stakeholders
• Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
