Responsibilities
- Responsibility for measures and projects for continuous improvement of Lead-to-Quote processes and Digital Sales Customer Journey
- Project support and management in the Lead-to-Cash, Service and AI environment (CRM and ERP projects on business side)
- Collaboration with IT Demand Management and process owners to ensure implementation of business requirements regarding scope, quality, time and budget
- Process definition and analysis within the scope of SAP ERP transformation
- Preparation and execution of workshops and training with CRM experts worldwide
Qualifications
- Completed university degree
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Strong customer orientation (internal and external)
- Experience in marketing, sales or service processes
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to quickly exchange ideas with others at eye level
- Willingness to travel occasionally
