Requirements
- Completed undergraduate degree in (Economy) Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on Personnel, Data or Business Intelligence, Statistics, Data Science or a related field
- Basic understanding of HR processes and relevant indicators
- Expertise in data modeling and visualization with industry-standard analysis and visualization tools
- Interest in technological trends and their application in the HR context
- Awareness of data and confidentiality requirements
- Very good English and German language skills
