Rotork is seeking a technically strong, commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth across the Chemical, Process & Industrial (CPI) markets in EMEA. This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on identifying early-stage project opportunities, influencing specifications, and positioning Rotork as the preferred partner for electric actuation, gears and instrumentation solutions.
Requirements
- Proven business development and sales experience in the process, automation or industrial sectors
- Strong technical understanding of flow control solutions and ability to translate customer needs into compelling value propositions
- Confident communicator able to influence at all levels
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a proactive, self-driven approach
- Skilled in building relationships, negotiating and delivering customer-focused outcomes
- Excellent written communication and strong presentation/Excel skills
