Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a full-time Senior Analyst, Data Analytics to join their E-commerce Data and Analytics Team. This role focuses on data-driven decisions and process improvements within the Oracle and Databricks databases. The position involves leading development, support of systems, and providing insights to the Revenue Management, Revenue Planning, and Deployment teams.
Requirements
- Lead development and support of Revenue Management systems, Business Intelligence reporting, and user tools.
- Drive efficiency improvements and technical improvements to PL/SQL jobs and systems.
- Lead technical initiatives, evaluating requirements and business needs.
- Respond to ad-hoc data analysis needs and support various projects.
- Create and maintain new queries and code to develop datasets.
- Continuously search for business improvements and efficiency gains.
