Responsibilities include product and brand management, shore excursion collateral production, and key performance metric analysis.
Requirements
- Associate of Science degree in hospitality, tourism, business administration, or related field
- At least two (2) years of experience in Global Tour Operations and/or planning or supporting tour program development
- Understanding of Global Tour Operations in-house management/IT systems is desirable
- Experience with AS400 preferred
- Good understanding of select domestic and international destinations
- Excellent communication, time management, project management, and writing skills
- Ability to analyze trends and pricing/cost data
- Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work independently as well as a team member
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and via email
- Must be proficient in both written and verbal English skills with a second language (Mandarin, Spanish, Italian, French, or German) preferred
