This role involves assisting Regional Product Development Managers with shore excursions and tour programs, analyzing information in various systems, and distributing tour program information across all fields of business. Responsibilities include product and brand management, shore excursion collateral production, and key performance metric analysis.

Requirements

  • Associate of Science degree in hospitality, tourism, business administration, or related field
  • At least two (2) years of experience in Global Tour Operations and/or planning or supporting tour program development
  • Understanding of Global Tour Operations in-house management/IT systems is desirable
  • Experience with AS400 preferred
  • Good understanding of select domestic and international destinations
  • Excellent communication, time management, project management, and writing skills
  • Ability to analyze trends and pricing/cost data
  • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work independently as well as a team member
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and via email
  • Must be proficient in both written and verbal English skills with a second language (Mandarin, Spanish, Italian, French, or German) preferred
