The Business Development Specialist provides comprehensive support to the trade sales team, Travel Partners, and clients in all selling activities, ensuring operational excellence and satisfaction, leading to improved revenue performance.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to manage a diverse account base and support service, electronic sales, and marketing efforts.
  • Manage all aspects of Trade Sales Administration, adhering strictly to established processes.
  • Enhance trade engagement and sales efficiency by leveraging technology and maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, travel agency dynamics, and the unique requirements of the FIT Model and ROW business.
  • Implement providing travel agents with timely and relevant sales tools, ensuring consistent and aligned dissemination of promotional content across various channels.
  • Manage content on the WeChat trade official account and cultivate robust relationships with travel agents to nurture long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Offer daily support to the Royal Caribbean Trade Platform and IBO in terms of content display, incorporating feedback to iteratively refine processes and enhance outcomes.
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing Managers on communication strategies for main campaigns, ensuring alignment with current market trends.
  • Provide assistance in customizing sales content to help expedite the launch of promotional information on TRADE channels.
  • Monitoring and tracking the submission of reimbursement materials by travel agencies to ensure timely compliance with company requirements.
  • Liaising with travel agencies to ensure they understand and comply with company reimbursement policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring that all necessary documentation and information is provided by the travel agencies for accurate reimbursement processing.
  • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of reimbursement requests and submitting them to the appropriate internal departments for approval and payment.
  • Monitoring the reimbursement process and ensuring that payments are made in a timely manner to the travel agencies.
  • Coordinating with internal accounting and finance teams to ensure proper reconciliation and reporting of reimbursement transactions.
  • Providing support and assistance to travel agencies in case of any issues or delays in the reimbursement process.
