The Sales Operations & Analytics Specialist I role is responsible for providing administrative support to the ANZ sales team, developing and delivering innovative analytics, and managing sales operations. The role will work closely with the sales team, marketing, finance, and other departments to drive sales efficiencies and execute the ANZ sales strategy.
Requirements
- Experience supporting a dynamic sales team to drive improved productivity and provide executive level support.
- Sales Performance Reporting and insights – creation of presentation packs for weekly sales and monthly Board meetings
- Exceptional user of Microsoft Excel (complex formulae, graphs, pivot tables)
- Innovative thinking and the ability to own change improvements proactively
- Thrive under pressure while consistently delivering excellence and accuracy
- Great communication skills with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills when working across functions
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Experience in managing projects
- Understanding of existing IT customer systems
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the functional leadership team that provides Sales/Service leadership and direction
- An enthusiastic leader, driving high performance and a culture of accountability
- Demonstrate the ability to challenge, build credibility and work with integrity at all levels within the organisation to influence behavioural changes and development of skill sets for the future business needs
