As RTI’s first frontline Sales Development Manager, you will begin by building our outbound sales engine from the ground up as a key individual contributor. The transition into management is contingent upon establishing a successful SDR function for the company.
Initially, you will be responsible for the frontline SDR efforts in close collaboration with Account Managers and sales leadership. In parallel, you will develop the framework for a scalable SDR team.
Your success in establishing and proving the role’s effectiveness will pave the way for you to lead and empower a team of SDRs.
This role demands a blend of hands-on execution and strategic vision, directly impacting our top-of-funnel growth and contributing to revenue targets.
