RTM Business Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to prospect, drive sales, and develop pipeline, with a growth path to full Account Executive responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Research target market and identify leads
  • Qualify prospects against company criteria
  • Prospect leads through tailored outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Pitch to C-suite decision makers
  • Work directly with Sales Managers and Account Executives to manage pipeline
  • Maintain, monitor, and report key performance indicators
