Requirements
- Act as the primary focal point for customers, serving as the Voice of Customer and managing all customer-related issues
- Lead and manage engine shop visits, including project planning, scope, schedule, logistics, invoicing, contract and account-related matters
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, managing changes in scope, schedule and deliverables
- Drive customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution, clear communication, and strong Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) outcomes
- Support financial, materials and operational performance metrics
- Identify and support new business opportunities and provide guidance on contract management
- Ensure compliance with EH&S initiatives and company C.O.R.E standards
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders
