Growth Manager (use.ai)

We’re looking for a highly experienced and specialized Senior Growth Product Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to drive top-of-funnel growth through optimizing our funnel stages, leading to user registration and payment. This role requires direct experience in managing and improving web funnels in a B2C environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of combined experience in product management and growth, with at least 3+ years in growth/product optimization roles.
• Proven track record of optimizing web funnels in B2C (B2B is a plus), directly impacting CR, LTV, and CPA.
• At least 1 year of experience in a high-velocity growth environment, where experiments are launched daily or weekly.
• Strong hands-on experience running A/B tests end-to-end (hypothesis → setup → analysis → decision).
• Deep proficiency with product analytics tools, especially Mixpanel (funnels, cohorts, event-based analysis).
• Experience with experimentation and feature flagging tools like GrowthBook.
• Ability to write clear, developer-ready PRDs and experiment specs with precise acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of event tracking, data integrity, and experiment measurement frameworks.
• Experience working closely with engineers, with solid understanding of dev → staging → production workflows.
• High execution speed with ability to manage multiple concurrent experiments and hit strict KPI targets.
