UX Lead (Product & Growth)

Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We’re looking for a UX Lead to take full ownership of design, user experience, and research for our high-growth D2C product, with a focus on driving growth, retention, and monetization.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in UX/Product Design, ideally in D2C, SaaS, or consumer digital products
• Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
• Strong understanding of conversion, retention, and user behavior
