Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Advanced hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, and modern cloud data warehouses
- Proven experience building and operating production-grade ELT pipelines and dimensional data models
- Demonstrated ownership of semantic layers or self-serve data models
- Experience working in a regulated or sensitive data environment, including data governance and HIPAA compliance
- Background in a high-growth startup or scaling company, with experience building teams and processes from early stages
- Strong product and business instincts with the ability to connect data investments to company outcomes
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and influence, especially with executive and non-technical stakeholders
