The Opportunity

The Revenue Operations team creates and maintains synergy in systems, data and insights across the customer journey, ultimately increasing go-to-market velocity and revenue. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will drive business impact through processes, data-driven insights and technology platforms. This critical role will develop and refine these three pillars to support the growing revenue teams. You will interact with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Product to ensure efficiency and maximize revenue. What You’ll Do

  • Deal Desk: Support the sales, channel and account management teams in processing quotes, approvals, contract creation, ensuring compliance with the finance department and accelerating deal efficiency.
  • Data analysis: Develop and maintain consistent reporting frameworks to guide strategic decisions and operational improvements.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Support forecasting and planning, including analysis, compensation plans and organization KPI tracking.
  • CRM Optimization: Make it the source of truth for prospect and customer information, including data integrity, lead flow, territory management and customer contract terms.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements across the revenue cycle to increase efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Tech stack: Manage tech stack for revenue organization to ensure maximum efficiency, including SFDC, customer success programs, and data enrichment tools.

Skills You Have:

  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills. You possess the ability to ask questions, translate business objectives, and identify challenges to develop insights and/or process optimization.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with advanced experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ and revenue operations technologies.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), sales metrics and pipeline management to ensure efficient sales operations and alignment with revenue goals.
  • Proficiency in forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and reporting to track and analyze key revenue metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Certification in sales, revenue operations, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar strategic role within a fast-paced, growing company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or related field.

Salary range: runZero values transparency in the hiring process. According to our market data, we’re expecting this role to come in at a salary of $150k-180k, plus stock options.
