Job Summary
The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a key role within the Operations team, supporting both EDI and Non-EDI customer processes. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring smooth sales operations through coordination, reporting, and hands-on management of seller platforms and order fulfillment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull and distribute EDI/POs to production and sales teams.
- Coordinate shipment logistics, including routing, label requirements, and BOL documentation.
- Enter and manage purchase orders using Excel.
- Create product style codes and assign UPCs.
- Set up and manage new customer accounts.
- Track business status and approvals through the implementation of trackers.
- Support and maintain 3P seller platforms (e.g., store maintenance, case management, product creation).
- Generate weekly sales reports and other requested reports.
- Ensure adherence to company compliance standards.
- Contribute to special projects and reporting tasks as needed.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales operations or a similar field.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience or interest in learning sales operations and platform management.
