We’re looking for a Senior Director of Technology & Digital Transformation to lead the evolution of our technology ecosystem. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team, not as a layer of management, but as a true partner in building the company’s technology vision. You will own the architecture, integration, and optimization of a Salesforce-centered ecosystem that connects logistics operations, financial systems, customer workflows, and data infrastructure.
Requirements
- Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap.
- Own and evolve the Salesforce platform architecture.
- Design and manage integrations across systems.
- Lead automation initiatives.
- Identify and implement AI-driven improvements.
- Lead and mentor a small internal technology team.
