Sales and Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Manager for our client in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of industrial/engineering products and a diploma/degree in a building services-related industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of industrial/engineering products
• A diploma/degree in building services-related industry such as HND in Mechanical Engineering, etc.
• Sales and Marketing qualifications such as SLIM, CIM, and Diploma will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving profit targets and driving business growth
