Requirements
- Preference for someone who has progressed from a BDR/SDR role to an Account Executive role with a high degree of attainment
- Some Team Lead, Mentorship or Manager experience
- Salesforce expertise is a must
- Collaborative and excels working with cross functional teams, like Sales Strategy, Marketing, Sales & Marketing Operations
- Mentor, guide, and support to develop the skills and careers of your SDRs
