We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As a Senior SDR, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients via telephone, email, and other outreach methods.
Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or in a similar role with a strong focus on outbound sales and lead qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to meeting scheduling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to engage and build rapport with decision-makers.
- Proficient in using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools to manage leads, track interactions, and report on progress.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Highly goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation quotas.
- Professional demeanor and an ability to handle rejection and objections with grace.
- Must be willing to work onsite
