Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will research and qualify new participants for the Top Workplaces program, cultivating relationships with customers through strategic communications and negotiation. You will use communication and negotiation skills to develop strong relationships with customers from the first contact to qualification and program completion, collaborating with Account Executives throughout the process.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B experience, software or tech sales preferred
  • A track record of achieving objectives
  • A passion for software and technology
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate with peers
  • The ability to effectively perform sales research and develop individualized plans based on that research
