The Sales Development Representative role is critical to driving growth for our SaaS product and expanding our presence across European markets. As an SDR, you’ll develop high-level sales skills, build new client relationships, and collaborate with a high-performing team to generate new revenue.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Italian and English.
- Proactively engage, and build relationships with business owners to uncover and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and buying intent, and determine fit before advancing opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate qualified demos, partnering closely with Account Executives to progress deals through the sales funnel and support closes.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to outreach, pipeline generation, and opportunity quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to refine messaging, improve processes, and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
