Sales Development Representative (fluent in Italian)

The Sales Development Representative role is critical to driving growth for our SaaS product and expanding our presence across European markets. As an SDR, you’ll develop high-level sales skills, build new client relationships, and collaborate with a high-performing team to generate new revenue.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Italian and English.
  • Proactively engage, and build relationships with business owners to uncover and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and buying intent, and determine fit before advancing opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate qualified demos, partnering closely with Account Executives to progress deals through the sales funnel and support closes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to outreach, pipeline generation, and opportunity quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to refine messaging, improve processes, and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
