We are seeking a Sales Director to lead our growth-oriented sales and sales planning organization in Malaysia and Singapore. The successful candidate will own the full P&L delivery for the cluster, including Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and high-potential export markets. The role will define and deliver the overall MYSG strategy, drive commercial capability, and establish strong connections cross-functionally to drive growth.
Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience within CPG
- Experience leading teams and successful people development
- Experience with direct & indirect sales management required in addition to route to market planning and development
- A growth business / brand mindset, someone with strategic sharpness and entrepreneurial approach
- MY experience with MT & distributor management required
- A strong understanding of ecommerce with exposure to social commerce is desirable
- Experience of leading trade/shopper/customer marketing teams would be ideal
