The Trainee will support the regional leader in driving the regional growth program across different BU / segments. They will work closely with regional commercial, technical, and cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, strengthen market presence, and support business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural, multi-regional environment
- Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
