Role Description

We are expanding our sales team and seeking a dynamic Full-Cycle Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, manage the entire sales process, and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients who would benefit from EazyML’s Responsible AI solutions.
  • Guide prospects through the value proposition.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Cultivate referrals from customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in technology or SaaS sales.
  • Experience selling complex solutions to business decision-makers.
  • Understanding of data/ML/AI and consultative selling.
  • Excellence in prospecting and lead generation.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in business terms.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience.

Compensation Structure

  • Salary and commission-based (15-20% per closed contract).
  • Uncapped earning potential.
  • Performance-based commission tier increases.
  • Ground-floor opportunity with a rapidly growing AI technology leader.

We are looking for a self-starter with a deep understanding of the ML/AI/Data vendor landscape, a consultative selling approach, and a strong drive to succeed.
