Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Manager to lead all Sales initiatives and practices, develop front line Sales Counselors, and drive performance through a customer-focused experience.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record, preferably in a B2C industry
- 1 year of supervisory or management experience
- Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel
- Possesses confidence and professionalism to interact with clients over the phone and in person
- Ability to work with clients one on one & build strong customer relationships
- Must posses a valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle
