Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Manager to lead all Sales initiatives and practices, develop front line Sales Counselors, and drive performance through a customer-focused experience.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record, preferably in a B2C industry
  • 1 year of supervisory or management experience
  • Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills
  • Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel
  • Possesses confidence and professionalism to interact with clients over the phone and in person
  • Ability to work with clients one on one & build strong customer relationships
  • Must posses a valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle
