The Sales Manager assists the Director of Sales in leading and supervising the Sales Team at Hilton Bangalore Embassy Tech Village. The role is responsible for promoting and selling hotel products, developing sales plans, and ensuring smooth operation of the department to maximize business opportunities and deliver the highest service standards.

Requirements

  • Complete relevant Hilton University courses
  • Be familiar with hotel product knowledge
  • Promote and sell hotel products
  • Complete sales targets and related tasks
  • Develop sales plans and obtain approval
  • Understand customer needs and achieve sales
  • Produce quotations efficiently
  • Operate hotel reservation system
  • Establish good relationship with customers
  • Proactively collect market and industry information
  • Welcome key customers and team leaders
  • Motivate and train department employees
  • Ensure effective communication between Sales team and hotel Operations team
  • Handle guest feedback or complaints
  • Maximize sales at all times and effectively forecast team and banquet revenue
  • Provide necessary supervision and guidance
  • Actively participate in development of marketing plans
  • Conscientiously perform assigned tasks and special tasks
  • Design new hotel products in advance
  • Organize regular customer experience in the hotel
  • Regularly analyze the composition of tourist source cities
