They are a proactive prospector capable of sourcing and closing new group business and have a proven ability to secure and manage group blocks, with strong knowledge of the group sales life cycle.
Requirements
- At least one year of urban city hotel group sales experience
- Familiarity with in-market hotel sales
- Proactive prospector capable of sourcing and closing new group business
- Proven ability to secure and manage group blocks
- Strong knowledge of the group sales life cycle
- Ability to navigate contracting processes to support quick closes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn systems such as Salesforce and Delphi quickly
