We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated individual to join our Revenue Operations team as a Sales Operations Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making for our Sales organization. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to ensure accurate forecasting, in-depth performance tracking, and refined target setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support territory planning and quota allocation for GTM teams
  • Maintain and refine sales forecasting tools and dashboards
  • Analyze sales performance to identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Drive operational efficiency by optimizing sales processes and tools
  • Assist with data hygiene and governance within sales systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, RevOps) to develop and report on KPI’s
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Support sales pipeline reviews and QBR preparation
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce workflows and processes

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in a Revenue or Sales Operations role (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Sales forecasting tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
  • Experience with sales metrics, pipeline management, and reporting best practices

Advantages:

  • Experience with Clari or similar forecasting tools
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio or other BI tools
