Sales Operations Analyst

About the role:

  • Collect and analyze data to influence critical operational decisions and initiatives
  • Empower sales leadership and the broader GTM teams to meet revenue goals and achieve shared OKRs
  • Design and build new playbooks and operate programs that scale
  • Identify untapped opportunities for growth and stretch your problem solving and analytical skills to realize future revenue potential

You will:

  • Analyze sales performance and recent trends to deliver insights that accelerate revenue growth
  • Deliver reporting and dashboards to enable efficient operations and decision-making
  • Improvements to core GTM processes, including but not limited to forecasting, pipeline management, territory and quota planning, lead routing, and rep productivity analysis
  • Ensure that playbooks that identify system dependencies are in place for end users (e.g. click paths or filters in Salesforce reports)
  • Act as the source of truth for business insights and reporting
  • Close collaborate with Business Technology to deploy high impact, data driven business solutions through our CRM
  • Maintain cross-functional alignment among stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Success/Support, Finance, Strategy/Operations, and Business Technology

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 2+ years of total work experience, with 1+ years in Sales/GTM Operations or a highly analytical work environment (e.g., management consulting, investment banking)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Innate curiosity and bias to action
  • Extreme attention to detail and excellent organizational & analytical skills
