Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to find transparency and growth levers impacting the sales organization
- Build and maintain sales performance dashboards
- Help build incentives and commission processes
- Ensure recurring sales reporting, data hygiene, and systems workflows are maintained
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or related role
- Experience working hands-on in Salesforce, and other tools like Outreach, Gong, and Clari
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience collaborating with Sales teams
- Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus
