We’re looking for a Sales Operation Analyst to join our team and help optimize our sales processes and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance
- Support pipeline and forecast management
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to improve operations
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and compliance
- Participate in implementation of operational improvements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in sales operations or a similar role
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
