We’re looking for a Sales Operation Analyst to join our team and help optimize our sales processes and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance
  • Support pipeline and forecast management
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to improve operations
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and compliance
  • Participate in implementation of operational improvements

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in sales operations or a similar role
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
