About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations Practice, where you will be responsible for leading initiatives to drive Sales efficiencies, effectiveness, and scale within our customers’ Revenue engines.
What You Will Be Doing
- Deliver RevOps engagements to our customers alongside the RevPartners team of Sales, Marketing, and CS Ops Analysts
- Gather and document business requirements
- Conduct audits and stakeholder interviews
- Derive strategic insights backed by analysis and make recommendations
- Design RevOps playbooks and process flows
- Determine key success metrics / KPIs
- Manage integrations, data migrations, and platform adoption
- Set up, document, and train go-to-market teams on processes in HubSpot and other GTM tech stack tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Contribute to internal product and process development for the Revenue Operations Practice
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Management Consulting
- Expert understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market (GTM) strategies, tactics, and motion
- Strong understanding of GTM systems with a desire to build advanced automation in HubSpot, Salesforce, and the surrounding ecosystem of tools
- Customer-first mindset and excellent organization and communication skills
- Enjoys working with data and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment where iteration and change is the norm

- Experience working in a client-facing role designing RevOps solutions for B2B SaaS businesses
