We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing our sales processes, providing insightful data analysis, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of sales metrics, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage CRM data integrity and ensure accurate tracking of sales activities.
  • Support the implementation of sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity.
  • Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and compensation design.
  • Provide training and support to sales team members on tools and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
