Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage CRM data integrity and ensure accurate tracking of sales activities.
- Support the implementation of sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity.
- Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and compensation design.
- Provide training and support to sales team members on tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
