As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll support the GTM teams with data analysis, insights and operational processes to empower better strategy and execution. Your contributions will directly impact both top-line revenue and go-to-market efficiency as you help our team scale sustainably.
Responsibilities:
- Design KPIs and data structures for different teams (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, etc.)
- Define and implement reports and dashboards that monitor data and help optimize execution
- Drive initiatives for process improvements across Sales & Marketing efforts
- Model and analyze data from our CRM and GTM systems to surface key trends in pipeline, forecasting, conversion rates, team performance, etc.
- Act as business partner to GTM teams to help coach on scalable processes, systems and metrics
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Ops to instrument and validate data (GTM techstack includes Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Segment, Fivetran, Census and more)
- Coordinate with our Data & Analytics team on key projects
- Support quarterly/annual planning and reviews with data-driven analyses and modeling
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in Sales / RevOps, Strategy & Ops, BizOps or similar
- Fluent in SQL & Excel
- Excellent executive communication skills, including in remote/async environments
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Familiar with key Sales & Marketing metrics, processes and tooling
- Experience with data visualization/business intelligence tools (eg. Looker, Tableau)
- Bonus: familiarity with SaaS B2B customer journey stages and revenue funnel
