Join our dynamic team as a Sales Operations Analyst to drive efficiency in our sales processes and support data-driven decision making. You’ll play a key role in analyzing sales data, optimizing workflows, and contributing to revenue growth strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing sales performance metrics and identifying improvement areas
  • Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards for sales leadership
  • Assisting with CRM data integrity and process optimization
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives
  • Providing analytical support for planning and forecasting activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or similar roles
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and business intelligence tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
