Sales Operations Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our commercial operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our global Sales and Go-to-Market teams by enabling business growth through detailed operational processes, reporting, and technology tools. This role will help optimize commercial workflows and support Revpath products to drive efficiency and maximize revenue outcomes for customers.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day revenue operations tools and processes
- Support Revpath product lifecycles for our Sales and GTM teams through stakeholder intake, planning, execution, and measurement
- Drive adoption, documentation, enablement and change management for new sales workflows and processes
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support strategic planning and business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and customer success
- Maintain and improve CRM systems and ensure data integrity
- Assist in quota setting, forecasting, and tracking sales performance metrics
- Prepare actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related field
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Looker, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- BA/BS degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
