Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Operations Manager and RevOps department to optimize and execute strategic initiatives for sales and customer success teams
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to drive visibility and accountability within the sales organization across different business units
- Execute process redesign utilizing best practices/team standards in documentation, analytics, and project management
- Support commission plan execution, modeling, and actual attainment reporting using Google Sheets and Salesforce
- Analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement across people, processes, and tools
- Own and continuously improve components of our GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Lusha, Chili Piper, Aircall, Walnut, Intercom, etc.)
- Create documentation and training to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of go-to-market teams
- Support ad-hoc initiatives to make our sales and customer success processes more productive and effective
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Sales Ops / RevOps – ideally within B2B SaaS
- Strong command of GTM data in CRM and related business systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Experience building dashboards in Salesforce CRM reports, Google Sheets/Excel
- Ability to discover, troubleshoot, and fix system errors or process issues
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in fast-paced team environments
- Entrepreneurial attitude – willing to roll up sleeves, ownership mentality, adaptive, keen to learn
- Ability to travel abroad (for onboarding and occasional on-site work with our Sales Ops Manager)
Bonus:
- Hands-on experience with GTM tools (HubSpot, Chilipiper, Walnut, Intercom, Aircall, Lusha, etc.)
- Knowledge of commission plan creation and management
- Prior remote work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
